Our villa is a large 3 bedroom design, furnished in Floridian style. Our home is set in well-maintained gardens with an automatic irrigation system. Off-street parking is available on the drive or in the garage.

Behind the villa is the pool set in an oversize South-facing deck with all-day exposure to the sun. Pool heating can be booked as an option for the cooler months of the year and is provided by a gas furnace, which has a higher heat output than most other types of pool heater. Quality patio furniture is included with 2 x chaise/sunbeds, 2 x recliners with footstools and a table with 4 chairs. A shaded lania leads into the villa from the pool area for cooling off.

The interior of the villa is air-conditioned and will cool or heat the house as required. Ceiling fans are also fitted in the lounge area and master bedroom. The villa is carpeted throughout lounge and bedrooms with quality ceramic tiling for the kitchen, bathroom and entrance areas.

The spacious open-plan living area includes three sofas (one converts to a Queen sleeper), cable TV, DVD, VCR, games console and phone and extends into the main dining area with seating for 6. Patio doors lead out to the pool area. All pool access doors are equipped with alarms so that parents may monitor young children entering the pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and dining for a further 4 places. An automatic electric kettle and teapot is also provided. Full laundry and dryer facilities are located in the garage.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, dressers, cable TV, a walk-in closet and en-suite. The en-suite includes an access door to the pool area.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds, cable TV and closets. Linens are provided for all bedrooms.

All bedrooms have nightlights.

A family bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3. Towels are provided for use in the villa. Guests should provide their own towels for water parks etc.

The villa includes complementary crib and high-chair for families with younger members.

Umbrellas are provided in the garage for guest use on wetter days.
