Hi Mark:

Tried to get on your website to post a testimonial but it wouldn't allow me. Anyway we had a wonderful 3 weeks vacation in your home. We had some relatives come visit us there and had plenty of space for everyone. The new king size bed in the master suite downstairs is fabulous with a good mattress and the new leather furniture in the living room is relaxing. The day before we left Royce brought over the computer so we were able to download our E-mail which is nice when you are gone that long. He told us about the plans to turn the garage over into a playroom with pool table games etc. He was very helpful and accommodating. The pool & spa were relaxing. We were even able to spend the cool days (60 degrees) swimming since the heater was on. The neighborhood was good for walking and biking. We even felt safe at night walking. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We would recommend it to anyone.

Hi Mark. We are having a excellent time at your house. It is beautiful and roomy.The house has everything in it we need. There are 8 of us and we never feel crowded. Everyone loves the pool it is very warm. The area is very very quiet. The new computer with internet is very useful we can keep in contact with them at home by email. Let me start out by saying that our family vacation to Disney World was great. Your villa was beautiful your web site is great with all the pictures but seeing is believing. Let me also say that Royce Andrews was a big help I met him a couple of times and he keeps the villa and yard looking great.
