Built in 2006, the Lykavittos Duplex penthouse is a comfortable efficient 2+ bedroom with 2 full baths. Ideally located in the center of three major commerical districts (Syntagma, Kolonaki and Pagrati/Imittou Street, it is walking distance to all of the major sites as well as the Athens Hilton and Divani Caravel hotels. Frequent guests include executives in town for business, conventioneers, families on holiday and friends exploring Greece.

The penthouse features an open floor plan on the main level, with large sliding glass doors opening to the veranda. A second living room and dining room, outdoors, repeatedly receives kudos from past guests. The view of Mount Lykavittos and the tiny church of St George atop, is lovely in the morning, but breathtaking by night. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as such conveniences as a microwave, toaster, blender and Wok. Tableware, cookware, a selection of spices, teas and condiments are provided as well. A full bath with shower is located off of the kitchen.

The second level sleeps four in two queen beds, one a cozy romantice lofted alcove (which parents complain the kids always claim dibs on first!) and four in two twins and a double. A full bathroom with tub is located on the second level as well, adjacent to the full size clothes washer and dryer. (No chance of random clothing being scattered about the living room!) Each bedroom opens onto a second level veranda. Perfect for a late evening nightcap or an early morning cup of coffee.
