Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community with 2 fantastic pools. One is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean and white sand beaches of Cape San Blas, Florida (100 steps from the front door!). It also has tennis courts, fishing ponds & is VERY family and pet friendly.

St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park is located right next door, and offers excellent access to the bay as well as seven miles of undeveloped pristine wilderness area and beach. The Cape is only 20 miles long and the State Park encompasses 10 miles! Without the highrises and 10 miles of no buildings...the beach is AWESOME!

Although Cape San Blas is quite, peaceful and without the dense high rise condo's of Destin or Panama City, it does not mean that you can't find the basics on the Cape. There are 2 outlets on the Cape for groceries and other beach basics and Port St. Joe is 15 minutes away with a full size grocery store, drug stores and dollar stores!
