Our quiet and secluded Lake Village condo is located just off Highway 50 in Stateline Nevada. We are five minutes from the hotel/casino area in South Lake Tahoe and the newly completed gondola that services Heavenly Valley Ski Area.

A walk to the lake takes about 20 minutes (one and a half miles). There is a pathway for walking running and biking behind the condo which leads to the Roundhill Mall one way and to the Kingsbury Grade shopping area the other way. The total path is a four-mile round trip.

There is a beautiful aspen grove a short distance from the condo. The clubhouse at Lake Village includes a swimming pool spa sauna pool table tennis courts and play area for the children.
