Villa Rumiya is situated on the Spanish south-eastern Mediterranean coast. Nestled in a semi-private cove on a peaceful shoreline, it is just 60 feet from the water. The shoreline, shared with only three other villas, is part beach and part rock, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and underwater fishing in pristine waters. The Villa has just been completely renovated (2005) and is elegantly styled with wrap-around marble porches, Moorish archways, marble flooring and terraces. The accommodation is divided into the main villa and two additional apartments.

The main villa has four bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, and sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably. Each bedroom has its own television with satellite channels, video, music system and fridge, aswell as heating and air-conditioning. Three of the bedrooms also have their own terraces with furniture overlooking the sea. The villa also has a lounge, dining room, an inside andalusian patio with a marble fountain and fully equiped modern kitchen with walk out terrace overlooking the beach which makes dining a pleasure. There is also a large garage and private swimming pool with jacuzzi that looks directly onto the beach.

The two apartments are completely new and located on the side of the house. Each has its own separate entrance, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen lounge. The sofas can be converted to beds for additional guests. Please note that the apartments can only be rented as the same party as the main villa i.e. they are not rented separately to the house and only when the main villa is rented.
