This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property.

Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

This Spanish style villa is situated in the residential area of Aguas Nuevas on the outskirts of northern Torrevieja. Comprising of garden, patio, terrace/balcony and communal pool. The villa is positioned close enough for a short walk into town. Nearby facilities include Sports centre, Water park and Commercial centre.

Torrevieja is a fast developing coastal town and is approximately 30 mins from Murcia and Alicante Airports. It is easily accessible due to the N 332 road and A7 motorway.

There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

This villa is located just a 15 minute walk from the beach front and also a local weekly market where you can buy a wide variety of products, and 10 minute walk from two Supermarkets, local bars, restaurants and clubs. It is situated close to bus stops with regular service into the centre of Torrevieja and Supermarkets and a large hypermarket are just a 15 minute walk away.

This villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday in a quiet location. Only 30 minutes from Murcia and Alicante airports. 5 minute drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

Accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with 2 three seater sofas , dresser and coffee table, TV, CD/Hi-Fi system.

The kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, mircowave, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bathroom with WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets and your own sun terrace. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

The property also has alarm system fitted for the security of your belongings.

Outside

Front poach with table and chairs and a large garden with car parking space.

Communal Pool just around the corner from of this villa there is also a baby pool attached to the main pool for our younger guests to use.

Smoking is not allowed in this villa but is allowed outside.

Close by and well within five minute walk, you will find a Supermarket and bars and 10 minute walk there is a large supermarket and Commercial centre where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Wednesdays - again within 15 minutes stroll of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Within 20 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and 15 minute drive you have La Marquesa and La Finca Golf Courses.

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.

Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is about 10 minute walk from this property and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

Located in Benidorm, which is 55 -minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, for longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water. Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 40 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
