A large living room (35m²) with fitted fire-place, TV, DVD (with DVDs) and Hifi, library (approx. 300 books). Children's games (Monopoly, Scrabble and board games - Chess & draughts etc).

Fully equipped kitchen, {Cooker (3 gas & 1 electric plate), electric oven, microwave oven, dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery etc.}.

The bathroom contains a Italien walkin shower with two wash basins. Washing machine and clothes dryer. As well as a hair dryer and shower mini-kit (soap & Shampoo etc.). Also a Towel dryer.
