The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 4 .The Kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils iron and ironing board. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with 2 single beds and both with double wardrobes with mirror sliding doors , and bedside tables with lamps, safe, and hair dryers. The large fully tiled bathroom has toilet, 2 wash handbasins and bath with fully enclosed shower over and also houses the washing machine. There are heaters in all rooms for the cooler winter months.

La Marquesa golf course is 3 minutes drive away. Only 15 minutes drive away are the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
