This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse style condo is a great place to call home during your family vacation! The main floor features one bedroom with log furnishings including 1-queen sized bed and 1-twin sized bunk, plus a 1/2-bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony offering territorial views. The second floor features a loft master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)

Snowater is a gated community positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year -round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play- room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, approximately 2-hours north of Seattle, WA and 1.5-hours south of Vancouver, B.C.

RATES: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $163. o USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $275 per night

o Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $309 per night

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
