This little 1-story "Gingerbread Cottage" is a great vacation rental. It is in a wooded area, and features one bedroom with 1-king bed, a large 3/4-bath with a double shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace. Just outside the door is a private outdoor hot tub, and a gas grill! This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) vacation property will sleep 2 (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Now with WIFI!

Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

RATES: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $109. o Regular Season - $252 per night

o USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $252 per night

o Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $263 per night

o New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $309 per night

Weekly range: $1,762 - $2,160

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. Guest must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

PAYMENTS:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
